Ana Varela makes delicious homemade red chile beef tamales to order, and will take her last orders by Monday, Dec. 19. If you would like to order some for Christmas, she sells a dozen for $14. Just contact Sherae Miera and she will forward the order to Ana. The Mieras can deliver them to you, if you would like. Leave a message on our home phone (505)890-0169 or email sherae@unm.edu
