Barbara Kingsolver inspired me and I got all the supplies to make our own mozzarella cheese at the next book club meeting. I am not promising anything but we'll see how easy it really is. Thanks to Frances C. of the Ventana Ward for offering up her home and kitchen as the location of our book club meeting this Thursday starting at 7:30 PM. We're discussing "Animal Vegetable Miracle" by Kingsolver. Come if you'd like to see how to make Mozzarella as well as discuss your own personal food and eating guidelines.
